What can we help with?
- Correct a figure in our Astronaut guides: RTP, bet limits, the Autowithdrawal default, the number of bet panels or the wording of the bonus.
- Explain where a number on a page came from and on what date we last checked it.
- Update a page after 100HP Gaming changes the game card or the demo client.
- Look into a report that a Telegram, WhatsApp or Facebook account is using our name.
- Handle requests about your personal data (see the Privacy Policy).
- Answer copyright or takedown questions and consider topic suggestions for the guides.
What can we not do?
What should you never send us?
- Your CNIC number, or a photo of your identity card.
- Wallet PINs, OTP codes or casino passwords.
- Screenshots of balances or transaction histories.
We will never ask for any of these, and none of them is needed to correct a page. A message that asks for them is not from the editorial team.
What makes a correction request easy to act on?

Can journalists and researchers use the same address?
Yes. We can tell you which figure comes from which source and the day we checked it. We do not comment on individual operators, and we do not take sponsored article offers, in line with the editorial policy.
What happens after you write?
The corrections desk reads your message, checks the claim against the studio’s game card or the official demo, and answers with what changed or why nothing did. If a figure is corrected, the page shows the new date. We keep your message only while the request is open, as the Privacy Policy describes, and we do not forward it to the casino or to the studio.
What if someone sells signals in our name?
We do not run channels, groups or apps that sell signals, predictors or “sure” rounds. A crash point is fixed before the flight, so nobody can know it in advance. Forward us the link and the account name, and do not pay.
What if gambling has stopped being fun?
Stop before you write to us. The responsible gambling page lists free services and says plainly that Pakistan has no national self-exclusion scheme.
