Astronaut in rupees: what PKR support means and why the game never touches JazzCash or Easypaisa
Astronaut supports Pakistani rupees: PKR is one of the 107 currencies in 100HP’s catalogue for the game. But the game itself never touches JazzCash or Easypaisa, and the official demo shows dollars. Rupees reach a casino through the operator’s cashier, and in 2025–2026 that is the part Pakistani authorities have been closing down. This guide separates what the game does from what the payment chain does. The status first: online gambling is not legal or regulated in Pakistan and no operator holds a Pakistani licence, so none of the payment steps below has a regulator behind it.
Does Astronaut support rupees?
Yes, at the level of the software. The provider’s catalogue lists 107 currencies for Astronaut, PKR among them, alongside INR, BDT and USD, and 29 languages. A currency in the catalogue means that an operator can switch the game to it. It does not mean that any operator may serve Pakistan: 100HP publishes no restricted-countries list, and the law is the one described in the legal-status guide.
For you: “supports PKR” is a feature of the game, not an endorsement of a payment route. The rupee version of Astronaut exists only at offshore operators, and the operator, not 100HP, decides how rupees get in and out.
Why does the official demo show dollars?
The demo gives a balance of $10,000, and the wrapper lets you pick another currency and language. Its limits are in dollars as well: $0.10 to $150 per bet panel, a $10,000 maximum payout per bet. A real-money session at a casino shows its own currency and its own limits under Game limits. So a demo bet of $5 is not a bet of any particular number of rupees until you apply a rate, and the table shows how much that rate matters.
| Demo bet (USD) | At Rs 250 per $1 | At Rs 280 per $1 | At Rs 310 per $1 |
|---|---|---|---|
| $0.10 (demo minimum) | Rs 25 | Rs 28 | Rs 31 |
| $5 (quick bet) | Rs 1,250 | Rs 1,400 | Rs 1,550 |
| $25 (quick bet) | Rs 6,250 | Rs 7,000 | Rs 7,750 |
| $100 (quick bet) | Rs 25,000 | Rs 28,000 | Rs 31,000 |
| $150 (demo maximum) | Rs 37,500 | Rs 42,000 | Rs 46,500 |
The three rates are examples chosen to show sensitivity, not quotes. For you: convert at the rate of the day your casino uses, and expect its rupee limits to differ from these rows. A quick bet of $100 is Rs 28,000 at the middle rate, which is why the first number to read is the one in rupees.
Does the game itself touch JazzCash or Easypaisa?
No. The game client shows a balance and nothing else about money; deposits and payouts happen in the casino’s cashier. A deposit by JazzCash or Easypaisa is a transfer to an account that the operator, or an agent acting for it, controls. Two words get mixed up here. Withdraw is the button in the game that takes a bet out of the flight. A withdrawal is money moving from the casino to your wallet or bank, and it takes as long as the cashier and the payment channel take. The walkthrough of one round explains the difference with an example.
For you: pressing Withdraw at 2.00x does not put rupees in your wallet. It puts them on a balance at the operator, from which you must ask for a withdrawal. The partner casino states that withdrawals take place within 72 hours at the latest, which is the operator’s upper bound and not something the game promises.
What can go wrong with a JazzCash or Easypaisa deposit?
Most of the risk sits in the chain, not in the game. These are the facts published in Pakistan up to 12 October 2026:
| Risk | What was reported | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Closed aggregator accounts | JazzCash closed more than 100 aggregator accounts in September–October 2026 as the FIA widened its action | Money sent to an account that is then closed can be stuck |
| Settlement delays | Easypaisa delayed merchant settlements in the same period | A payout route that worked last month may not work now |
| Scale of the FIA case | Rs 119.93 billion passed through 11 single-member companies, plus Rs 8.586 billion through 5 collection accounts (10.5 million transactions); FIR under the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act and the Penal Code | The reporting concerns networks, but players’ money moves through the same pipe |
| New rules for intermediaries | The State Bank issued rules for payment intermediaries and aggregators in May 2026 | Providers are tightening checks, so expect questions and delays |
| “Agent” deposits | Players send rupees to a personal number belonging to someone acting as an agent | Your wallet and your name become part of someone else’s transactions |
The sources describe actions against networks, not against individual players, and we found no report of a player penalised for a single deposit. That is not immunity, and this is not legal advice. See the predictor and signals guide for the agent and recharge scams that use the same wallets.
What about USDT?
Some players route money through USDT bought by peer-to-peer transfer from a JazzCash or Easypaisa balance, because banks have restricted crypto since 2018. The Virtual Assets Act of 2025 created the PVARA regulator and sets up to 5 years in prison and up to Rs 50 million in fines for unlicensed virtual-asset activity.
For you: each extra step, from rupees to USDT to the casino, adds a counterparty who can freeze, delay or disappear. Nothing in Astronaut makes any of these routes safer.
What should you check before moving rupees to a casino?
- Open Game limits in the game.Note the bet range in rupees and the maximum payout. The demo’s dollar figures do not carry over.
- Fix a loss budget in rupees.Pick an amount you can lose completely without borrowing, and keep it separate from rent and bills.
- Check who receives the money. The payee should be the operator’s cashier. A personal wallet number belonging to an “agent” is a warning sign.
- Keep every receipt and screenshot.Date them. If a deposit disappears, they are the only record you hold.
- Read the withdrawal terms before you deposit.Look for the stated upper bound, the identity checks and any bonus conditions.

What else do players ask about Astronaut, rupees and wallets?
Can I play Astronaut in PKR?
The game supports it: PKR is one of 107 currencies in 100HP’s catalogue for Astronaut. Whether you can use it depends on the operator, which sets the currency, the limits and the cashier. The official demo shows dollars. Online gambling is not legal or regulated in Pakistan, so a rupee version exists only at offshore operators.
Does Astronaut pay out to JazzCash or Easypaisa?
No. The game pays to your balance at the operator. A withdrawal to JazzCash, Easypaisa or a bank is a separate request handled by the casino’s cashier, which sets its own checks and time limit. Pressing Withdraw at 2.00x only moves the win to your casino balance; no part of the game talks to JazzCash or Easypaisa.
Is the demo balance of $10,000 real money?
No. The $10,000 is play credit in dollars, with the currency chosen in the wrapper, and it does not unlock the welcome bonus of the partner casino. The same screen at a casino shows your own balance in the operator’s currency. Winning or losing the demo balance has no effect on any account or wallet.
Can a deposit freeze my wallet?
The reported closures hit aggregator and collection accounts: JazzCash closed more than 100 of them, and the FIA traced Rs 119.93 billion in one case. We found no report of an ordinary wallet frozen for one deposit, but wallets that forward money for others are exposed. This is not legal advice.
What is the minimum bet in rupees?
In the official demo it is $0.10 per panel, and quick bets are 5, 25, 50 and 100. Rupee limits are set by each operator under Game limits. At an example rate of Rs 280 per dollar, the demo minimum is Rs 28; a casino’s own minimum could be higher or lower, so read it before the first round.
